The Hill Club wraps up for winter

11 November 2015

The Hill Club, the cleaning and soft service related professional networking community, is to meet for the final time in 2015 on Thursday 19th November at the Rotunda Bar & Restaurant in King’s Cross, London.

The club, which was launched in April this year, has been a sell-out success so far and the latest event looks set to follow suit with 120 people having pre-registered to attend.

The Hill Club pays tribute to and is named after the founder of BICSc and the Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners, the late Eric Hill.

It was created by a group of industry professionals with the aim of providing a comfortable environment for business people within the cleaning industry to connect, network and establish mutually beneficial commercial relationships.

All professionals working in the cleaning industry are welcome to attend the quarterly events which are free of charge and include complementary snacks on a first come, first serve basis.

The club features cleaning contractors, specialist insurers, industry PR specialists, FM recruiters, janitorial suppliers, washroom service providers and industry cleaning specialists, alongside FM organisations and service procurers.

Iain Houston, sales manager at Cleaning Matters magazine and one of the founders of the Hill Club, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity to meet with likeminded professionals where talking business and making new contacts is at the top of the agenda. Comments from attendees suggest that this type of event was missing from the industry and the Hill Club has fulfilled the role."

The meeting in November, which will run from 4pm to 9pm, is being sponsored by Vectair Systems and Darwin Clayton.
