Taking sales orders remotely with Merlin

Working in conjunction with the Merlin Software, this app allows you to take orders electronically and stream them back to your Merlin system. The order can be processed at the office immediately once received, with no need for the sales person to ‘call it in’ after a meeting.

This development also allows you to view contact notes, customer sales history, quotes, past invoices and account status prior to (or during) a meeting.

If you are not connected to Wi-Fi, Merlin does not stop operating; instead it stores the information and begins the upload once a Wi-Fi connection is active.

With this app you don’t have to stay chained to your desk, take orders with confidence when out on the road with access to your Merlin records.
