JCB, one of the world’s top three global construction manufacturers, has chosen Axis Cleaning and Support Services to provide specialist industrial and office cleaning services to its eight locations, servicing clients across the UK.

Axis Cleaning and Support Services first started working with JCB eight years ago. The most recent contract has been renewed for three years and will see the company continue its partnership approach with JCB, where regular dialogue and a dedicated management support system have proved key.
"We have a dedicated contract manager who looks after the entire account, and this is also supported by a number of strategically located Axis managers to ensure a quality service is delivered to the rest of the JCB portfolio," Mark Ferguson, Axis’ central regional director for JCB, explained.
"What this delivers is a proactive management system whereby we can provide the flexible support required to carry out extensive daily obligations and highly specialist, periodical deep-cleans, the exact requirements of which vary according to each of the JCB divisions and its budget holders.
"It is very valuable to JCB that Axis Cleaning and Support Services has the required experience, industry expertise and flexibility to assist the different divisions independently."
Axis Cleaning and Support Services provides JCB with KPI reports during monthly review meetings to ensure the number of working hours are managed appropriately.
"The review process, identification of tasks, use of KPIs and frequent dialogue helps us to simply and effectively identify areas of improvement," Mark Ferguson continued. "It has led to a good working relationship that promotes best-in-class results."
