Award-winning cleaning solution

The Toucan-Eco from Centrego, uses electrochemical activation (ECA) technology to produce a combined disinfectant and cleaning solution from inputs of tap water, salt and electricity.

The fluid is produced in 2mins and is compatible with microfibres.The system comes ready to use as a set comprising a 550ml trigger spray and a 1.1lt jug plus the 12volt activating unit.

It is designed for use where there is a requirement for the continuous use of cleaning and disinfectant agents in commercial, retail, medical, leisure and industrial facilities.

The benefits are said to include: tap water and salt that are naturally sustainable and locally available; no need for transport and storage for traditional chemicals as the generation of the solution is on-site; no by-products and no carbon emission costs; no containers or packaging; and the surfactant and microbial efficacy properties of the activated solution are such that it can replace a variety of cleaning and disinfecting agents.
