We will have a full range of Team Evans experts on the stand, including our in-house research and development chemist, Claire Ramsbottom, our microbiologist, Lisa Speed, and our environment and sustainability manager, Vikki Morris.

The Cleaning Show has become the ultimate destination for the cleaning and hygiene sector to connect, learn and discover new products, services, and suppliers. The show brings together professionals from all over the industry including cleaning businesses, hoteliers and housekeepers to wholesalers and distributors as well as the industry’s biggest names, either as sponsors, exhibitors, or speakers.

As in previous years, the show will hold a conference in the main hall, with a host of industry speakers giving talks and discussions on a host of relevant topics across the three days.

For the first time, Evans will also be hosting a range of talks and demos on our own stand, C10, scheduled to fit in-between the main conference times. We will focus heavily on sustainability and our journey so far, as well as the confusing aspects of greenwashing. Our chief microbiologist will also be giving a demonstration on stand, concerning EN test methods. We have listed all the topics covered below, along with times, which may be subject to change.

Day 1 Tuesday 14th

10.30am: ‘What does 99.999% mean?’

3.15pm: ‘Buyer beware: greenwashing and the green claims code.’

Day 2 Wednesday 15th 

11.45am: ‘What is sustainability? Evans path to sustainability: our journey so far.’

1.45pm: ‘Demo: surface wipe test EN 16615.’

3.30pm: ‘EPR: what does it mean for the industry and how does this affect you?’ 

Day 3 Thursday 16th

10.00am: ‘EN Test Methods: What, Where, How?’ 

12.00pm: 'Jargon Busting: net zero, carbon neutral – what does it all mean?’

Our R&D Chemist, Claire, will be on hand throughout the show, to talk to visitors about the latest developments, including new generation toilet cleaners with MSA technology and our new format spray bottle, Flairosol, which offers new fragrances and delivery for our air fresheners, odour control and surface polish products. 

We will also have an extensive range of our dispenser dosing systems on display on the stand, suitable in a variety of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, FM and marine and cruise.

During the week of the show, our environment and sustainability manager and our professional hygiene manager will also be attending the Metsä Tissue's UK Sustainability Awards, where Evans has been shortlisted in the Carbon Reducer category. This achievement is great recognition for all our hard work to reduce emissions throughout the business, helped by being a member of Planet Mark for four years running.
