Henkel says that its new eShop is so much more than just a facility for online ordering.

This platform for adhesives, sealants and coatings also offers a comprehensive range of support features. And of course, it’s available 24/7, 365 days a year.
LOCTITE, TEROSON and BONDERITE branded products are stocked in the Henkel eShop which is also an excellent source of information for Henkel’s latest product developments.
Menu driven software guides the customer through the process of selecting the best product for the job. Full product descriptions and features are instantly available and can be downloaded for use on eCommerce platforms. It’s also easy to compare product features and access safety and technical data sheets and certification documents.
Various smart ordering options are included to save customers time and to help plan warehouse storage, packaging dimensions are available too. And once the consignment has left Henkel, an advanced track and trace system provides up-to-the-minute information on delivery status.
Birmingham-based Sil-Mid Limited is a specialist distributor of silicones, sealants, adhesives, lubricants, cleaning agents and surface treatments and one of the first to become a Henkel eShop customer.
“The eShop is a great platform for all our Henkel requirements,” the company’s supply chain co-ordinator, Matthew Letts, said. “We can see both product and order information in as much detail as we want, allowing us to fulfil our customer service commitment on demand.”
