CSSA announces shortlist of 2019 award winners

The awards were established to acknowledge and reward excellence and effectiveness across many sectors of the UK contract cleaning industry.

The winners will be announced on 20th March during an Awards Ceremony sponsored by ICE – the independent provider of cleaning machines – at ExCel London, during The Cleaning Show. Those on the shortlist are as follows:

The CSSA Contract Innovation Award (being championed and judged by the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association) is about a product, service, technology/app and/or innovative concept which can be used in the UK cleaning industry:

* Renovo Facilities & Services
* Ucomply
* Unger UK

The Corporate Social Responsbility Award (being championed and judged by The British Cleaning Council) will be awarded to the company, team or individual that has done the most to further CSR within the UK cleaning sector within the last year:

* Astrum Commercial Cleaning Services
* Bespoke Commercial Cleaning
* Chequers Contract Services
* Robertson Facilities Management
* T C Facilities Management

The Environmental & Sustainability Award is being championed and judged by the British Institute of Cleaning Science:  

• Cleanology

• Ecocleen Services

• Greenzest Sustainable Cleaning Services

• Peartree Cleaning Services

• Principle Cleaning Services

The Training Award, being championed by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), focuses on the training that is provided within the UK cleaning sector during the past 12 months:
