New senior technical manager

Ideal Response is pleased to welcome Gavin Smith as its new senior technical manager, based at their headquarters in Kent.
Bringing more than 20 years industry experience, including various roles at senior level, to the company, Gavin has taken on the task of overseeing and growing the operations department. The employment of new technicians, bolstering operational strategies, and securing further training for the current team are just a few of his plans to help drive the company forward in 2018.
The disaster restoration company based in Maidstone, Kent, has seen exceptional growth during the last year. And with the team having grown substantially, Gavin’s appointment is a key role in ensuring that the family-run business continues to provide second-to-none service while providing the most efficient solutions for their customers; both in terms of results and costs.
Coming from a background in disaster management and restoration, Gavin has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Ideal Response technical team, as well as strong leadership and business development skills.
