Cleaning services key to 5 star food hygiene rating

The One Group operates the renowned STK restaurant and Radio Rooftop Bar and CleanEvent Services provides a full kitchen porter and cleaning service to all food preparation areas.

A recent detailed audit by Westminster Council saw the hotel awarded a 5 star food hygiene rating, a recognition of the high standards of cleanliness delivered by CleanEvent Services venue manager Hope Ehiogie and his hard working team. The audit was passed with zero recommendations and followed a 98% Food Alert audit that was carried out in September 2017.

Executive head chef, Vincent Menager said: “We are very pleased with the work of the kitchen support team at STK and Radio, and they have contributed greatly to these recent excellent results."
