New CEO at Nilfisk

On August 1st 2017 Hans Henrik Lund took up his position as new CEO for Nilfisk, a leading global player in the professional cleaning industry.

With Lund and his strong global background in technology and product development, Nilfisk is set for an innovative course going forward.
“With the appointment of Hans Henrik Lund as new CEO of Nilfisk, we have the right profile to develop and grow Nilfisk, to lead the business as an independently listed company and to execute on our overall strategy of further consolidating our position as a world leader in the professional cleaning equipment industry,” said Jens Due Olsen, chairman of the board of directors.
Hans Henrik Lund has held several leadership positions in global companies during the past 25 years. He has been ten years with Danfoss in the field of heating automation and another ten years leading the mobile accessory companies Jabra and Nokia Gear.
He said: “I am both honored and excited to be the next CEO for Nilfisk. It is a privilege to become part of an organization that for the past 111 years has been committed to developing high quality solutions and products. I see great potential in the organisation and industry and look forward to meeting our valued customers around the world.”
Hans Henrik Lund holds an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, a Ph.D in Material Science and an MBA in Organization and Business Management. He comes from a position as CEO of the Finnish lighting company Helvar.
Hans Henrik Lund takes over from Lars Gjødsbøl, acting CEO and head of global operations at Nilfisk.
