A new technology from Hagleitner Hygiene International is designed to give the housekeeping or facility manager an overview of the actual cleaning status in the building at any time.

Available in 10 different languages, facility management system Hagleitner senseMANAGEMENT is installed centrally and provides digital real-time information about the operational status of the XIBU dispensers – the refill, the consumption and the frequency of visitors.
The collected data is said to provide an exact overview, enabling an efficient and demand-oriented allocation of the daily cleaning and service staff.
The products can also be ordered in relation to consumption, and stock-keeping can be planned at any time in a convenient and fast way. With the information provided, the usage pattern of hand disinfection can also be analysed.
Additional features including digital cleaning and disinfection plans enlarge the possibilities of Hagleitner senseMANAGEMENT. With that, it can exactly be reconstructed and documented if, for example, a hotel room, sick room or any other room was cleaned and disinfected with the necessary and required products. The plans are created individually and adapted to the demands and standards of the customer.
