Gala dinner farewell

Bryan Squires, who created the Jangro concept and brand in 1980, has retired as Jangro Chairman.

He has accepted the post of Lifetime Honorary President.
120 Jangro members and suppliers enjoyed a fundraising gala dinner and dance in his honour at the Forrest of Arden Hotel, and raised over £3,000 for Jangro’s 2013 charity Macmillan Cancer Research.
Bryan was presented with a special ‘Moments with Bryan’ book in which everyone wrote a memory of working with him. All dinner attendees and other business associates recognised Bryan’s foresight, enthusiasm, commitment and tremendous input which has made Jangro the 41 outlet £140m fast-growing business it is today.
Bryan said: "I stand down with Jangro the strongest it has ever been with a strong board, diverse skills and abilities."
