Contract extension down to quality

Derby-based DeltaRail, a leading business solutions and technology provider to the UK railway, has awarded specialist commercial cleaning company, Office Care, a three-year contract to carry out cleaning services at its prestigious Pride Park offices.

Office Care started working with DeltaRail in March 2012, and the contract has now been extended until March 2016, with an estimated value of £250,000.

Office Care provides DeltaRail with a comprehensive cleaning service, cleaning staff, a full-time facilities assistant and window cleaning team, as well as the supply of consumables and periodic deep cleaning services.

'Office Care have continually delivered a quality service and we immediately noticed a big difference in the standard of cleaning,' says Mark Walker, facilities manager at DeltaRail.

'More importantly they have sought to improve their services, listening and taking on board our feedback.'
