OCS has won a five year contract with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to provide total facilities management at six locations across the UK and the RI.

OCS has won a five year contract with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to provide total facilities management at six locations across the UK and the RI.

The deal includes hard services, reprographics, security, cleaning, catering, visitor services and helpdesk. OCS will self-deliver more than 90 per cent of the services.

ACCA had previously outsourced its cleaning, security, hard services and catering to multiple service providers with front-of-house and reprographics services remaining in-house. OCS will introduce a facilities helpdesk and a CAFM system to increase the efficiency of the FM team.

'The access to the resources and knowledge that OCS can offer will be vital in supporting ACCA's overall objectives in the coming years,' says Jan Lloyd, ACCA's head of global business support.
