P&G Professional has been appointed as trusted cleaning provider for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games during which time the company's portfolio of cleaning solutions, which include Flash, Fairy, Ariel and Lenor, will be put to the test over 30 days by the LOCOG Cleaning, Catering and Waste team

Over the past year, P&G Professional has run a range of initiatives to drive excitement amongst independent hospitality operators about the imminent London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This included organising in-store preparedness pods that provided practical cleaning advice for independent businesses, through to running a range of exciting instore promotions to give away London 2012 Olympic Games merchandise.

Setting new standards According to LOCOG, the organisers of London 2012, this summer's event aims to set new standards for UK hospitality, catering and events, demonstrating the country's excellence in cleanliness standards. With a cleaning team of approximately 9,000 people, the London 2012 Games has the manpower it needs to ensure Britain is able to put its best foot forward.
