It's all in the planning

In preparation for the Olympic period, sealed Air's Diversey business has been working closely with key customers and supply chain partners up and down the country to help them prepare for the busiest periods and protect their business.

Diversey has carried out preventative maintenance checks on vital equipment such as ware washing and laundry machines to ensure they continue to operate throughout the summer. Extra training has enabled customers to troubleshoot more effectively. Training also helps customers introduce daytime cleaning and other processes to maintain higher standards right round the clock.

New mini guides help customers identify and remedy some of the most common or likely problems. This includes advice on how to prevent and deal with outbreaks, body spillages and food poisoning. New Problem Solver and Infection Prevention packs enable operators to carry out tasks that make all the difference in room appearance and customer perceptions to protect their business and its reputation.

Diversey has also been working with supply chain partners including local, regional and national distributors to ensure there is enough stock in place to maintain product availability right through the busiest periods from July to September. It has identified and created contingency stocks of alternative products which customers can swap in quickly in the unlikely event of their main systems going down. Account management, service and technical teams will be working extended hours right through the summer to provide unprecedented levels of support.
