Italian trip for team training

Nilfisk has announced a major change to its indirect sales structure in the UK. Dan Skeates, formally regional sales manager, has been appointed to the position of dealer sales manager and assumes responsibility for the national dealer network across the UK and Northern Ireland.

"The needs of our dealers are substantially different from that of our direct customers," says Skeates. "Individual, one to one management attention is key to this." The strategic change will see a national focus on partnerships with the UK wide dealer network.

The new initiative kick starts with a 22 strong, product training trip to the Nilfisk training centre at Guardamiglio in Italy. Training will focus on all machines including the recently acquired Egholm and Jungojet ranges
