ASG major new contract win in North London

This flagship centre owned by Crosstree Real Estate Partners sits inside the M25 in North London and is undergoing a programme of refurbishment, redevelopment and rebranding as it further cements its place at the heart of the thriving local community.

The company was awarded the contract, which is now its largest single site, by specialist property management company Ashdown Phillips. The centre has more than 150 retail units, 1000 car parking spaces, a bustling market square and a mix of retail and departmental stores, covering over 26 acres.

Marie Kyriacou-Edwards, operations manager at Edmonton Green, said: “We like ASG’s empathetic approach and their flexible management and operational teams.
