ISSA survey results: chemical & hygiene services 'relatively stable'
30 January 2017
ISSA, in partnership with Robert W. Baird & Co., has published the results of the latest quarterly Baird/ISSA Chemical and Hygiene Services Survey, which outlines trends and economic data within the cleaning industry.
The survey, which polled more than 4,000 privately held building service contractors, chemical distributors, and manufacturers, found modest gains in profitability in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Ninety-five per cent of respondents stated their revenue trends met or exceeded expectations for the quarter. Among chemical sales respondents, the 12-month forecasted organic revenue growth expectations are holding steady in the mid-single digits, demonstrating relative stability within the industry.
The Baird/ISSA Chemical and Hygiene Services Survey results are provided exclusively to ISSA members at no cost. ISSA members can view the full results of the latest survey here.
