Rising star at Facilicom

Following his accolade earlier this year, he has recently been promoted to area manager – his second promotion since joining the company in 2012.   

Jose started working for Facilicom as a site supervisor and his diligence and positive work ethic stood out and he was quickly noticed by Facilicom’s management team. In January 2014, he was promoted to the position of area supervisor – a challenging role in which he worked with one of Facilicom’s key clients. Jose was nominated for the 2015 BICSc Rising Star award, which he then won having been recognised for "having substantially grown in his role in a relatively short period of time and having accomplished improvements to the cleaning service on his contracts". 

He continued to excel in his role, motivating colleagues and working closely with his clients to ensure the best possible service at all times, leading to his latest promotion. In his new position as area manager, Jose looks after his own portfolio of clients.
