BVC has recently designed and
installed a central vacuum
cleaning/bulk removal
system for an
international food
processing company.
The system removes beans, hulls and flaked materials conveying them to a filter separator via a rotary valve, discharging them into the waste product skip. This enables operators to use hoses and tools for general heavy industrial vacuum cleaning.
The system is one of a number BVC has recently installed.
Others include a UK power station handling coal, a recycling plant where cars are reduced to their original materials and a facility which produces gypsum.
