Adaptable modular access system August 1st 2008 Lobo Systems – manufacturers
of the Lobo modular access
system – will be exhibiting at
Health & Safety 08 in Bolton
(stand 92).The Lobo work
platform can be configured to
meet any access application from
a space shuttle to a wall tapestry.
It is put together without any
tools and its patented clamp
provides a safe and secure
working facility up to a maximum
height of 10m. Personnel can
reconfigure the kit, adapting it
from one project to another.
By fitting wheels, Lobo can be
moved around a site, erected,
taken down and reassembled
quickly. It is easy to flat-pack and
transport.
"The Work at Height
Regulations 2005 place onerous
requirements on anyone who
sends paid employees to work
where a fall is liable to cause
personal injury. A full risk
assessment must be carried out
before anyone is asked to work
up there – that is now the law,"
says Robert Bokros, Lobo
managing director.
"Lobo can be safely and
securely erected with a minimum
of training. In most cases the
payback time for Lobo is
measured in months when
compared to conventional
scaffolding." More articles from Lobo Systems Ltd: |
