Waste reduction
July 1st 2005 A Pakawaste baler has helped Meadowhall Shopping Centre organise its large amount of coat hanger waste.
With 270 stores under one roof, the shopping centre attracts many visitors each week, generating high volumes of waste, including unwanted coat hangers.
Following installation of an MX600 vertical baler, hangers can be neatly condensed into a mill sized bale reducing the amount of space required on site.
