Height safety training August 1st 2006 A-Plant is expanding its Height Safety Training business, part of the Powered Access division, with the opening of two new training centres at Gatwick and Staines. It has also been accepted as a new member of the British Ladder Manufacturers Association (BLMA) and plans to offer Safe Use of Ladder training courses this year.
The Height Safety Training business has been trading for two and a half years and in that time has climbed 9th to 6th in the performance league of the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) out of a total of 95 IPAF accredited centres, in terms of licenses awarded to customers. It is also accredited by the Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers Association (PASMA). The one-day PASMA certified access tower training courses are growing in popularity, according to the company.
Complementing the company's powered access hire fleet, the training courses cover everything from scissor lifts, self propelled booms, trailer mounted booms and personnel lifts.
PASMA courses can also be undertaken on clients'premises. More articles from A-Plant: |
