Swift service behind the bar

When a glasswasher failed at Marsh Farm Hotel in Wootton Bassett just days before a large wedding reception,Winterhalter came to the rescue.

Graham Male, the hotel's maintenance manager, explains "I already had a good working relationship with Winterhalter's local representative, Chris Evans, since he had installed a new pass-through dishwasher, and was supporting us with Winterhalter's new Hygiene Express service."

It was a Thursday when Graham asked for a replacement glass washer and by the following Monday a new GS202TE machine was in use behind the bar.

Graham Male is delighted with the equipment, saying "It's a Rolls Royce of glasswashers. It's easy-to-work, tough, quiet, reliable and gives perfect wash results. And it's got a built-in water softener, which saves space.We are on the edge of the chalky Wiltshire Downs, and our water here is extremely hard, so that's doubly handy."
