Sweeping success
April 1st 2004 An upright carpet sweeper has been added to Dowding and Plummers Victor brand and is said to offer superior performance to that of rival machines.
The new V-UCS (Victor Upright Carpet Sweeper) is claimed to have twice as many brushstrokes as competitors machines and is believed to be quieter and to have a longer power cable.
It can be fitted with an optional hepa filter which prevents even the smallest dust particles from being released back into the air. This variation makes the machine suitable for use in healthcare environments where infection control is a major consideration.
