Steam solutions
April 1st 2004

Osprey Deepclean will be showing models from their range of dry steam cleaning machines for commercial and industrial applications. Steam heated to 180C sanitises and degreases in one easy operation: applied under 8 - 10 bar pressure it physically dislodges clinging metal swarf or food particles from production equipment. Steam can also remove stains from carpets and upholstery, paint graffiti from walls and other surfaces, and dissolve hardened chewing gum from street paving. And all accomplished usually without the need for chemicals or detergents. Where detergents are required in certain circumstances, their use is drastically reduced, saving on costs and saving on the environment. New equipment includes solutions for flat/slatted or mesh belt conveyor cleaning, and development to existing machines has resulted in the Vega Plus. Now with detergent additive switch on the operator handle and all-digital microprocessor control panel for more precise settings and operator information.
