Separating to boost service

A year afterWinterhalter launched Hygiene Express, the warewashing specialist has separated the delivery of chemicals from on-site advice and check-ups.

Contracting out the delivery allows its technicians to spend more time with customers, offering advice and ensuring that machines and cleaning routines are used as safely and efficiently as possible.

Technicians will still carry a selection of cleaning supplies and smaller spares on their vans.

However, regular deliveries will come by dedicated courier.

Hygiene Express supplies chemicals to keep the entire kitchen clean. Specialists can advise on all aspects of kitchen cleaning and provide solutions that comply with hygiene regulations. They also offer maintenance and service advice on dish, glass and utensil washers – whether or not they are Winterhalter models.
