Irish contract
August 1st 2005 The House of Fraser has awarded MacLellan International the contract for its prestigious new store in Dublin. The new store, House of Fraser’s first in the Republic of Ireland, is located in the brand new Dundrum Shopping Centre, the largest mall in Ireland.
The contract provides a 25- strong team of Maclellan employees, overseen by area manager Susan Coghlan. The scope of the contract, based around daytime cleaning includes includes everything from a morning clean to janitorial services. It comprises store, office, toilets and rest rooms, changing rooms, and restaurant cleaning, as well as consumable and waste management.
Andrew Conaty, Maclellan's regional general manager for Ireland said, ‘We are delighted to have been awarded this prestigious contract with House of Fraser. It's great to be working at their first store in the Republic of Ireland, the flagship store of the largest mall in Europe.
