Induction pack

Blue Diamond Services has introduced a training induction pack. Presented to the new employee upon completion of his or her induction training course, it is a training module that comprises an explanation of Method Statements and CoSHH data sheets, basic training exercises on 14 cleaning tasks with a practical hands-on training exercise on six of them, accompanied by two videos that cover the subject. It also looks at colour coding and the safe use of chemicals.

The module is completed by a written multiple-choice questionnaire that employees must pass before they can be assigned work on a Blue Diamond contract.

The pack contains a number of aide-memoirs in a wallet that can be carried on location.
