Hospital hat trick
July 1st 2005 Work has started on the new Lymington Hospital in Hampshire, the third project through Ryhurst, in partnership with OCS, to develop, build and operate a hospital under the Government’s Private Finance Initiative.
OCS used its catering, cleaning and security experience to make recommendations on the layout of key areas and suggested hardwearing and easy clean surface materials and suitable sized and situated storage areas.
It will deliver catering, cleaning, security, car park management, waste control, pest control, window cleaning and portering to the hospital on its completion in November 2006.
