CCS Jeweltone, subcontractors specialising in window, building and specialist cleaning in south east England, has a team of 25 operatives contracted to clean public sector, commercial and other large site buildings. The pump breaking down in the truck mount 1100 litre water tank was understandably a major problem. And to add insult to injury, the company who supplied their window cleaning system showed no interest in facilitating the repair for over a month.

Directors,Tony Dillon and Mick Carter explains, “It was important to find a company, preferably within a reasonable distance, who were interested in partnering with us, providing both the good equipment and service we need.

We looked at several companies but it was only Omnipole who really wanted to help.” Omnipole worked on CCS Jeweltone’s existing truck mount system, bringing it up to date.At which point,Tony and Mick decided to purchase Omnipole’s water filtration system together with their hi reach pole system.

Installed at the CCS Jeweltone premises is Omnipole’s purpose built high grade five stage reverse osmosis system which manufactures pure water for high quality smear free cleaning results without the need for chemicals. Water is then transferred into the truck mounts and taken on site. CCS Jeweltone use a range of Omnipole’s hi reach telescopic poles which reach up to a height of 60 ft combined with accessories for different cleaning tasks.
