Geared up for Christmas?
October 1st 2005

While the festive season is fun for those attending parties, those stuck in the kitchen with extra dishes to clean may not find it quite so appealing, particularly if the dishwasher can't keep up with demand and there's no space for a larger machine.

Classic, part of the Winterhalter UK group, has a solution. Its Alto range of rack dishwashers are very compact, yet plough through a lot of dirty dishes. The smallest in the six model range is just 1150mm wide and can be loaded with up to 100 racks per hour. Larger models wash up to 280 racks per hour.

Staff need not remember to turn off the machine if there is a delay in the next load of dishes to be processed. An auto timer shuts down the pumps and puts heaters on standby.
