Enginuity at work
July 1st 2005

For two hundred years the Ironbridge Gorge has inspired some of history’s most amazing and technological leaps into the future.

That tradition is alive today with the introduction of the ESCA2000 Mobile Access Platform in use at ‘Enguinity’ the 10th in the series of museums in the historic World Heritage Site.

Health and safety are a paramount feature and the unit conforms to both EN131 and HD1004. The platform uses halfmetre stages of galvanised steel and can be erected from four to eight metre working heights. It can be moved without the operator having to climb down and requires no assistance or power.

The platform can be manoeuvred through a normal doorway by removing sections and can be easily transported in the back of an estate car. A CD ROM and full training video are now available by contacting ESCA2000, use the enquiry bar::
