Better warewashing

Winterhalter has made enhancements to its glasswasher and warewasher range which are now being fitted to new machines and in some cases can be retrofitted to earlier machines.

The company has increased filtration power on filter cartridges for the undercounter GS200, GS300 and GS402 ranges.

- which eases cleaning glasses containing fruit drinks, where the high fruit cell content can otherwise contaminate wash water very quickly. It also enhances cleaning of tableware and cutlery used for rice-based cuisines.

The GS501 pass-thru dishwasher is now available with an optional double-walled hood - reducing noise and heat loss.

The enhanced TwinSet passthrough system can now be fitted with a single 9kW heating element for each machine.
