Chuck 'em and see October 1st 2007 All disposable microfibre cloths within Robert Scott & Sons' T9
range are now colour coded in line with internationally accepted
codes. The firm says they are a hygienic, cost effective alternative
Particularly useful in areas where there are no
laundry facilities, the company says the T9 is a
cost effective disposable microfibre system that
puts an end to constant restocking of cleaning
materials and the filling and emptying of buckets.
Director Alastair Scott, says the T9 system is easy to
use, protects the health and safety of staff and
ensures an
environmentally sound
method of cleaning
sensitive areas such as
catering establishments
and hospitals."Floors are
clean and safe to walk on
immediately after
cleaning and both cloths
and mop heads can be
simply disposed of after
use."
"The colour coded
Microfibre cloths not only
help prevent cross-contamination but provide
cleaners with a choice of either simply disposing of
the cloths once used or, if laundry facilities are
available,washing and using again,"Scott continues.
"The cloths provide excellent cleaning performance,
absorbency and pick up capability and can be used in
a multitude of environments – they are also highly
cost effective".
All T9 products can be used dry with a mist of allpurpose
cleaner only used when tackling a dried in
stain.Once the cloth/mop is full or, cleaners are
changing location, the products are disposed of,
eliminating laundry bills.Tests have also shown that
when used on a regular basis the T9 provides significant
savings, including 75 per cent on chemicals, 50 per cent
on labour time and 90 per cent on water usage. The
company says that, added to the costs of running an
industrial laundry, the overall savings of using the T9 are
considerable. For further details call the number on the
