Hot water sales heating up
October 1st 2007

Ionic Systems reports a sharp increase in Thermopure machine sales in the run up to Winter. Introduced 10 years ago, the Reach & Wash system has now evolved into a versions including hot water systems that enable windows to be cleaned up to 60ft high from the ground. "It's far more pleasant to use hot water when the weather is colder," says Ionics md, Reuben Reynolds."But hot water also cleans much better than cold. When pure water is heated, it has a more aggressive cleaning action. I believe that hot water will eventually be the method of choice for most window cleaners." Thermopure machines are available in a variety of capacities."We manufacture Thermopure systems from a 300-400 litre system suitable for a sole trader right up to a 1,000 litre machine for the larger contractor," says Reynolds.
