industry, with undercover
footage showing
restaurant
kitchens.
Environmental
health then
shuts down
establishments
with cockroaches
in the kitchen and mice
droppings on chopping boards.
In the third episode, (aired in
November), reporters went
undercover in the Around the
World in 80 Dishes restaurant.
TV researchers contacted Delia
Cannings, Education,Training
and Development (ETD) Lead
with the Association of
Healthcare Cleaning
Professionals (AHCP) and asked
what cleaning methods she
would recommend. She advised
ITV that In Depth Managed
Services are experts in deep
cleaning techniques and
suggested that she supervise a
team to clean the kitchen.
In Depth operatives were
then filmed while they
efficiently and correctly steam
cleaned the kitchen and
equipment until 2am the
following morning."We are very
proud to have been asked to
show everyone the correct
procedures," says Lloyd
