Acquisition announced
February 1st 2011 Hydro Nova Europe, the European subsidiary of Hydro Systems
Company has announced the acquisition of Dosmatic.
Jeff Rowe,Hydro Systems'president and CEO said,"When

added through our recent
acquisition of Chemilizer,
our well established Hydro
brand venturi offerings, and
our Nova line of peristaltic
pump equipment, the
Dosmatic line positions
Hydro to offer our

system alternatives on the
market today."
Hydro Systems'products
are used to dilute and
dispense concentrated
chemicals so that they can
be used for commercial
cleaning and other
applications.The acquisition gives Hydro Systems an entry into
further market segments.
