Touchless towel dispenser

Lotus Professional recently exhibited its enMotion touchless hand towel system at two key exhibitions for healthcare professionals - the Royal College of Nursing Conference and Exhibition on RSA and the Infection Control Nurses Association Exhibition - and received positive feedback from infection control nurses.

Aimed at hospitals, enMotion has a sensor which automatically dispenses a length of paper towel when a hand is waved in front of it - eliminating the need to touch it, and hence reducing the risk of cross contamination.

Janet Fletcher, head of infection control at Derby City Hospital was "extremely impressed"by the product. "It can considerably reduce the transfer of germs and contribute to increased hand hygiene," she says.
