Future's rosy for UKH
December 1st 2007

UK Hygiene (UKH) has announced the acquisition of White Rose Hygiene Services (WRHS), a specialist supplier of washroom hygiene and waste disposal services.

WRHS was established in 1988 and started its business in janitorial and contract cleaning. Through natural progression the company moved into washroom hygiene and now provides sanitary, nappy and sharp disposal systems to its customer base throughout the UK.WRHS has been a strategic service partner of UKH for eight years. The acquisition by UKH therefore represents a natural progression of its strategy of controlled growth, focusing on the delivery of customer service.

UKH are also pleased to confirm that staff and services at the head office in Penistone, Sheffield will not be affected by the acquisition and key managers in the company will remain in place, enabling the company to benefit from a united service team so ensuring minimal disruption to the company's operations and the service they provide.

UKH says this acquisition will strengthen its position as a credible and growing independent washroom hygiene supplier.
