Clean for customers?
October 1st 2010

The new Ultima Customer Feed back monitor from The Hygiene Company allows customers to anonymously respond to simple but direct questions – telling you what they really think of the services you provide.

Customers can discretely give feed back by pushing the button of their choice. The monitor records the feedback, and using live time data, the data can be downloaded by allocated personnel at anytime. It can be viewed on a computer and easily analysed.

The information states the time, date and location of customer feed back, allowing the site to identify areas of concern.

In addition, the Hygiene Monitor Ultima provides live time data, and records and monitors the actions of cleaning staff.Management can closely monitor and ensure that cleaning procedures are acted upon on time, and as required.

On entering and leaving the washroom, the staff member inserts their personal ID smart card in to the monitor, which records the date, time, site and location.

An additional add on to all of the hygiene monitors is the SMS texting facility.

Units can be programmed to send out text messages to management, if attendance to washrooms is late, or if the customer feedback button poor or average, is pressed more than a set number of times.
