Babyminder re-certified
February 1st 2007

After three months of stringent testing and trials,Vectair Systems'Babyminder infant changing table has, for the second time, been passed against European standard EN12221-2000 parts 1 and 2.

Although EN12221-2000 is a standard for changing tables for domestic use, and not specifically required for the sale of the Babyminder unit,Vectair pro-actively took the decision to proceed with testing to ensure the safety and certification of the units before sale. Original certification for the Babyminder had already been gained in the year 2000.

News has since emerged that a number of other tables have been removed from walls by the French Government for being noncompliant with this standard.
