Portable hot water hand wash June 1st 2009 The award winning portable
Hygienius hot water hand wash
unit from TEAL claims to use
75% less water than the best
automatic taps to provide a ten
second hand wash.
Placing hands in the bowl
triggers a sensor which
instantaneously heats water
and then delivers a ten second
wash at the optimum
temperature of 40-45C
keeping energy costs down to
as little as one fifth of a
conventionally plumbed in
system.
The Hygienius also has the
added advantage of requiring
no fixed plumbing or drainage.
It is operational as soon as it is
plugged in to a 13 amp socket.
The free standing unit's
TEALtainer stores ten litres of
clean water enough for 50
ten second hand washes and
features a separate
compartment to hygienically
store dirty water. It is moulded
in tough, high impact
polyethylene with an acrylic
capped ABS bowl and is fully
automatic with no switches,
buttons or settings to be
adjusted.
Stylishly designed in silver,
the Hygienius features an
illuminated display with the
words 'Hot Water Hand Wash'. More articles from Teal Patents Ltd: |
