It's a second design award for dispenser
June 1st 2009

The Tork Elevation range of washroom dispensers has won its second design award in the space of two months. Following the announcement in February that SCA Tissue Europe's new dispensers had won an iF design award,Tork Elevation has now received a Red Dot product design award in Essen,Germany.

"We are delighted to receive this second accolade," says SCA Tissue Europe product and market manager Charlotte Branwhite."The fact that two design organisations have singled us out for an award just goes to show how well designed our Tork Elevation dispensers actually are." The dispensers were created by international designer Thomas Meyerhoffer who has worked with brands such as Apple, Porsche and Nike. His brief was to come up with a seamless, aesthetically-pleasing unit that kept functionality, design and concern for the environment firmly in mind.
