Sweet smell of success
August 1st 2006 The Kennedy SPA programmable aerosol air freshener was recently installed at Katherine Low Settlement (KLS), multi-purpose community centre in Battersea, London. Three months on client and service supplier comment on the installation.
The air fresheners that are serviced by nationwide hygiene service provider, cibshygiene.com, have been installed into all washrooms.
"We were not satisfied with our previous air freshening systems, the efficiency of the units to mask malodour nor the level of service we received. Finally we decided to switch supplier to find an appropriate solution," explains Tracy Frostick, manager at KLS.
The problem was solved with the installation of 6 SPA programmable aerosol air fresheners. "It was key for this client to have a quality, reliable system," says Justyna Jonska, Project Manager with cibshygiene.com. "KLS wanted to increase the number of units and to up the dosage frequency. The SPA unit offers unrestricted personalised settings so we can modify the setting to meet its needs. In addition, we were confident that the fragrance refills would give the number of doses stated and the fragrance density would be sufficient between doses to do the job well."
Justyna continues: "As for benefits to cibshygiene.com, we were looking to streamline our supplier portfolio and Kennedy's integrated range fits very nicely with this strategy. Price was also the key. SPA is cheaper for us to service due to its lower refill costs".
