Letting the handle take the strain
July 30th 2009 The exciting new ErgoClean range has been specifically designed and developed to improve well-being in the workplace through correct working positions and hence, minimal strain on the body – at the same time achieving higher productivity and reducing sick days.
Central to the range and designed to reduce muscle strain both during and after work is the Vikan ErgoClean top adjustable telescopic handle. Constructed from durable, impact resistant yet lightweight aluminium/polypropylene, this tactile, temperature neutral handle has a long, light insulated grip which can be quickly and easily set to the operator’s individual working position and movements.
Special design details include the rounded handle top, shaped to fit the palm of the hand for extra working power. The push button, as opposed to a twisting mechanism, on the handle top quickly adjusts the handle length facilitating cleaning under furniture while minimising any wear and tear on the body.
Designed to fit the ErgoClean range of mop frames, the ErgoClean handle is easy to clean and store. The neat rubber ring prevents it falling down when rested against a wall.
