Jangro has just launched a range of cleaning and hygiene products specially formulated to have a low impact on the environment.

The Enviro range covers hand washing, toilet and washroom cleaning, catering washing duties and general commercial cleaning and polishing requirements for any industry.

“These products have been specially formulated so that they have a minimal impact on the environment, and all comply with the newly formed WEIR rating system whilst also complying with all the current EU regulations covering biodegradability and protection of the environment,” explains operations director, Joanne Gilliard.

“WEIR means the Wright Environmental Impact Rating and all the products introduced fall within the Guidance for Responsible Procurement of Cleaning Products and The Detergent Regulations. As such all are classified as a Low Environmental Impact Rated Products.

“Devised by a senior research chemist, the WEIR rating assesses the overall environmental impact taking into account formulation, manufacture, use and disposal of each product,” she concluded.
