Deb says its ProLine Touch–free dispensers will revolutionise your washroom by bringing next generation technology to the palm of your hand.

Many similar systems in the market are restricted by limited product ranges, and the need to buy specialist cartridges.

But the Deb Touch-free dispenser is compatible with all of Deb’s existing hygienically sealed 1litre 1000 system cartridges, which deliver products such as foams, creams, sanitisers, gels and lotions.

This controlled dosage means less wastage and gives you the freedom to choose the products you want to use.

The Deb Touch-free system uses a capacitive flux technology which is new to skin care dispensing. Until now, Touch-free hand hygiene systems have generally used infrared sensors which respond to light, but this light-sensitivity can cause problems such as misfiring, erratic performance with certain skin tones, an intolerance of humid or steamy environments. These costly issues can not only damage the dispenser but are also frustrating and inconvenient for users.

However, capacitive flux technology provides greater reliability in use. As a proximity and motion sensor, it generates a capacitive field and responds to changes in that field i.e. the hand being placed under the dispenser triggers the response to dispense product.

Customers are offered a compact yet versatile range of dispenser designs, with options to suit any environment; this includes a complementary dispenser to co-ordinate with existing washroom accessories. Plus, Deb offers choice and versatility with the option of personalised designs or corporate branding.

A Touch-free dispensing system is the optimum choice for hygiene sensitive environments and in particular areas where cross-contamination is a concern eg. food manufacturing and service. The Deb Touch-free dispenser offers extra assurance for this type of industry, especially where there is a requirement for the segregation of high risk areas. The system is further complemented by Deb’s ultrasonically sealed cartridges, which prevent the ingress of bacteria.
