JohnsonDiversey wins CHSA Awards December 18th 2006 JohnsonDiversey scooped two coveted innovation wins at the recent 2006 CHSA Awards.
The overall winner was Zorba, with TASKI swingo XP picking up one of the two Highly Commended awards.
A super-absorbent disposable strip specifically designed to control leaks and spills in a range of areas, Zorba was developed with three of the UK’s leading retailers. Each 60cm strip can absorb up to 2 litres of liquid quickly and efficiently, radically reducing the risk of slip/fall accidents. Easy to use, it requires minimal training, serves as an aesthetic and functional warning device and provides a single solution for multiple tasks. Once saturated it can be quickly disposed of without leaking.
TASKI swingo XP is an automatic scrubber drier that increases productivity by up to 30 per cent while reducing environmental impact (50 per cent reduced water consumption and 30 per cent less energy consumption). Through the w-shaped TASKi contour squeegee it also leaves the floor totally dry, even at high speeds, according to the company.
